1. High or Low Voltage

    The motor is burnt down and almost all the coil is in black color.

    Solution: Modify the incoming power and rewire the coil.

  
   
 

2. Short of Phase

    The motor is burnt down and a portion of the coil is brunt to black color.

    Solution: Modify the incoming power and rewire the coil.
   

3. Manufacturing Defects

    The motor is burnt down and only a spot is short-circuited.

    Solution: Rewrite the coil at the cost of the supplier or ask for replacement.
