        Low voltage is always the key factor of burnt-down motor. Therefore, to use the correct cable in the electric system is very important to keep the whole system in good performance.

        Herewith we are specifying the size of cable for use in different locations, based on the voltage and phase of the farm as fellows:

  1. Government power supply to the main control panel of the farm.
  2. Main control panel to sub control panels.
  3. Sub control panel to paddlewheel aerators.

Precaution

  1. Wire of the cable must be all made of brass, instead of aluminum.
  2. The size of cable indicated above is based on the distance of 50 meters, between the sub control panel and paddlewheel aerators. It is necessary to use larger cable of higher one grade should the length of the cable is over 50 meters. It is essential to equip overload relay in the control panel to protect the motor.
